On Saturday, September 14, Emerald Hills Institute was pleased to host a book signing and Q&A for author Azra Rahman about her new book “The Mother of My Children.” Questions focused on the ways in which Rahman’s narrative addresses issues of gender and the experiences of women, as well as the narrative decisions Rahman uses to present this material.
30 people showed up to listen to the Q&A and purchase copies of the book as well as get their own copies signed. Emerald Hills Institute was grateful to support local writers and draw attention to their work!
