A Conversation on Maternal Health | May 8

May 8 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm MDT

Did you know that postpartum depression, anxiety, and chronic stress are among the leading contributors to maternal deaths in Utah, most often due to suicide or accidental overdose?

These tragedies are preventable. With awareness, support, and the right tools, we can make a difference.

Join us for a meaningful and practical training designed for women and faith group leaders who want to understand and respond to maternal mental health needs in their communities.

In this session, you will:

✔️ Gain a deeper understanding of maternal mental health and why it matters

✔️ Explore the unique challenges faced by Utah mothers

✔️ Learn how faith communities can play a powerful role in providing support

✔️ Recognize early signs of mental health struggles in moms

✔️ Know what to say—and where to turn—for help and resources

Together, we can be part of the solution. Let’s build a stronger, more compassionate support system for Utah moms.
