On Saturday, July 18, 2026, Emerald Hills Institute (EHI) hosted a Turkish Breakfast Fundraiser in support of its community programs and services. Guests enjoyed an authentic Turkish breakfast featuring traditional dishes, Turkish tea, and baklava while learning more about EHI’s mission.
Funds raised will help EHI continue providing educational programs, youth activities, interfaith and intercultural dialogue, cultural events, and community service initiatives. These programs bring people from many backgrounds together, strengthen community connections, and create opportunities for learning, collaboration, and service.
The fundraiser was a wonderful success and demonstrated how food and shared traditions can unite people around a meaningful purpose.
