On December 3, the Emerald Hills Institute partnered with Catholic Community Services in Salt Lake City to help make lunch for unhoused and underserved communities in Salt Lake City. This event was focused on young adult student outreach. Six participants were mobilized to serve the community and expressed a desire to continue serving in the future!
