At Emerald Hills Institute, we believe in the power of service to uplift and connect communities. As part of our ongoing efforts to support those in need, we had the privilege of preparing and sharing a warm meal with youth at Volunteers of America, Utah’s Homeless Youth Resource Center on March 28.
This evening was a heartfelt opportunity to show our unhoused young neighbors that they are seen, valued, and cared for. Our volunteers came together with a shared sense of purpose—to offer nourishment, kindness, and a moment of connection in a safe and welcoming space.
We’re grateful to the dedicated team at VOA for their continued partnership and for the critical support they provide to vulnerable youth across Salt Lake City. It was truly humbling to engage with such resilient individuals and to be part of a community that believes in showing up for one another.
We remain committed to creating meaningful moments of service and connection throughout the year and beyond.
