
Pakiza is a Grant Compliance Analyst with the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation. She previously worked with the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and other organizations, supporting economic development initiatives and public programs. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics with Honors.
An advocate for education and community service, Pakiza has worked with various social service organizations and brings experience engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. She values education, service, acceptance, and mutual understanding across different faiths and cultures.
Pakiza’s passion for creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and support one another closely reflects the mission of Emerald Hills Institute. Her experience in grant compliance, public programs, economic development, and community engagement will bring valuable insight to our organization.
