Emerald Hills Institute

The Emerald Hills Institute Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Zeynep Kariparduc as Executive Director.

A member of EHI since 2010, Zeynep has served as Board Chair, Director of Outreach, and a leader of its interfaith and dialogue programs. She brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, community engagement, social impact, and interfaith collaboration. She holds a master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership.

Her professional experience includes leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Envision Home Health & Hospice, and United Way of Salt Lake. She is a former Chair of the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable and currently serves as a board member of the Salt Lake City Police Foundation and the Telemachus Foundation. She also serves in advisory roles with the Living Traditions Festival, South Jordan City Arts Council, One Kind Act a Day, and Utah Valley University’s Community Engagement Advisory Board.

Zeynep’s leadership has been recognized by the FBI Salt Lake City Division, Utah Business Magazine, and the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable.

Under her leadership, EHI will continue advancing its mission as a “Community Center for All” through dialogue, education, arts and culture, youth development, and community service.
